-Tessy Windle is the founding principle of the company. She’s always had a knack for artistry and portrayed it in her corporate posts that include 15 years of in the event industry and 14 in teaching. Because of, she started the company with a focus on children’s events, most specifically birthday parties and baby showers. Soon after, she noted her niche for fusing her family oriented style with that of a corporate measure. With that, she pivoted her attention to festivals, expos and fairs where she discovered her individual style and practice.

Tessy’s unrelenting faith, family and community is what affords her the vision and commitment necessary to personally serve with Artistic Celebrations. She is a devoted wife, a loving mother to three precious souls and volunteers with several civic organizations. If Tessy is to be described the five words that immediately come to mind are dedicated, creative, bold, committed and frontrunner.

Tiffany's insight and curriculum development services have been sighted by library systems and educational organizations all over Harris County and abroad. With 19 years in the event industry, Trudy was born with a heart to serve. After experiencing some of the discord in the industry, she set out to build relationships with her clients that would establish value and personal service. That commitment landed Trudy hundreds of relationships that have turned into repeat business spanning a multitude of events and design services. Acting as the Event Artist with a voice, Trudy's goal is to create a stress-free opportunity to plan and execute an event that's unforgettable.

Karla is the energizer bunny of our group! She's always high energy and guaranteed to be smiling 24 hours a day. Herhandiwork was noticed as a child and eventually peeked through adulthood as an acting leader on several school boardsand within community organizations around Houston. Carla, a wife and mother of three, believes that creativity is achallenge anyone can meet with the right attitude. She uses that mantra for the much-needed fuel to appease clients inall aspects of her personal designs.
